Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchases, but if you’re not completely satisfied you can return an item in line with our returns policy.
Any products returned must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days from the day of delivery. We are unable to offer a refund if the item cannot be resealed or due to hygiene or safety reasons (please selected items below).
No returns without an email confirmation will be accepted.
How to Return:

- Provide name, order number and reason for return
- You will receive an email confirming the return
- Post the item(s) to the address below:

Subject to satisfactory inspection you shall receive a full refund via the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. If you paid by card, it can take up to 10 working days to appear back into your account and PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days. We will not be able to refund postage costs for returned items. Any items with a manufacturers fault should be returned within 28 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item/s arrives faulty. damaged, with missing parts or incorrect please report within 7 working days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change your item to something else, you will need to return the original item and reorder the preferred item/s of choice.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately we are unable to offer order cancellations.
Non-returnable Products
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for the following once opened or unsealed;
Breast Pumps, Baby Sleep Monitors, Skincare & Toiletries, Mattresses and Hygiene Products.
Furniture and Larger Toy Items must be returned unassembled and unused. Once built we cannot accept a return.
Audio Products (e.g Tonies figures): must remain unopened with seals intact.
